Exhibition spaces for young unknown artists, to whom museum doors are still closed.
Visitors are walking up around the main opening through different exhibitions, sightseeing ends up with at the rooftop with a vantage point of the oldtown.
Climbing was the symbol of a long and steep path ahead of every artist and the form of a bridge which facilitates the eventual overcoming of difficulties.
The building is divided into an underground- service part (administration, magazines, sanitary) and a visiting part- the solid over the ground.
